When we refund, how long it takes, and what happens to a care package that has already shipped.

Care packages

Because funds go directly to shelter dogs, care package contributions are non-refundable once the package has been dispatched. If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us within [24 / 48] hours and we will cancel and refund it in full.

Collar Club membership

Your first month carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. After that, cancelling stops future billing at the end of the current cycle; past months are not refunded.

Damaged or incorrect items

If a pack arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, email a photo to contact@help-savingthepups.com within [7] days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within [5–10] business days. Your bank may take longer to post it.

Your rights

These terms sit alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for goods that are faulty or not as described.
